Withy-Allen will be an immediate upgrade as a #2 or #3 QB for many teams in the NFL. Having the mind of a coach, Withy-Allen also has superior athletic ability over the majority of current QBs. Withy-Allen is unusually gifted at reading defenses and anticipating throws, while his time serving as both a QB and Pastor in various settings has honed his leadership skills and ability to lead under pressure. He is a man of strong character, faith, and a hard work ethic bearing many strengths, including leadership, decision-making, accuracy, reading defenses, and anticipating throws. One of his greatest strengths as shown thus far is his ability to gain success every time he is given the opportunity, due to his ability to skillfully execute a game plan.
